台灣選手報名方式如下:

中華民國手足球協會等級與ITSF等級之對應表(下表):
"單打"與"雙打"等級取高排名的為選手排名
例:A選手單打為初級，雙打為中級排名，則A選手屬於中級選手)
等級請參考 http://www.foosball.tw/menu_content/ranking.html
1. 一旦選擇後並且完成報名後，不可變更。
2. 不可跨級挑戰
3. 雙打賽時，其中一名選手為該級、另一名可為同等或低等級選手搭擋。

台灣選手費用請於10月12日前繳交, 超過期限將加收200元文書處理費. (ITSF統一10月12日截止報名, 但此次FIREBALL WCS現場還可以接受報名, 現場報名皆加收200元文書處理費)
